EULA - End User License Agreement

License Agreement
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before installing and using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

License
This software is distributed and licensed as Shareware. The software is distributed as a fully functional trial version that will stop working after the trial period. Different licensing terms apply during the trial period and after purchase of a full license.

Trial Period
You may evaluate the software without any cost by simply downloading and installing the software. It will run in trial mode until you purchase and install a license from us. In trial mode some minor features may be disabled and the software will stop working after the trial period. The trial version MUST NOT be used for any commercial purpose, it may be used only for the purpose of evaluating the software.

Registered Version
Pipeloops is granting the user a non-exclusive and perpetual license to use the software for private or commercial purposes. In exchange for this license the user agrees to pay the license fee, which is a one-time payment. No further charges will be due. Minor updates will be free for licensed customers, but major new versions may require purchase of an upgrade to use the new version. The license allows the use of the software by a single person or business for private or commercial use. The software may be installed on multiple computers, provided it is assured that only one copy is being used at any given time.

The user is not allowed to modify or reverse-engineer the software in any way nor to distribute modified copies of it. Pipeloops retains full ownership and copyright of the software.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranty
This software and the accompanying files are sold without warranties as to performance or fitness for a particular purpose. It is the users responsibility to thoroughly test the software with non-critical data before relying on it. Pipeloops will not assume any liability for lost or corrupted data files. Any liability of Pipeloops shall be restricted exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase price.

No-Returns Policy
The software is distributed as shareware that can be evaluated fully during the trial period. A return of the software for a refund is not possible.
